Alyssum BFA Capstone

Producer and Asset ManagerAlyssum is my BFA capstone short film. The film is about overcoming perfectionism, self-doubt, and anxiety. Alyssum is a collaborative project led by a core team of seven graduating BFA students from San Jose State University, supported by over 60 students and alumni.
As Producer I managed a team of 60 along with keeping track of shots, backgrounds, and VFX.
Scheduling and coordinating a team of 60 people, maintaining clear lines of communication between volunteers and leads. Comprehensive tracking, along with the management and transfer of notes and assets from Google Drive to Google Sheets.
Luigi's Mansion Recreation Project September - December 2022
Lead Producer, 3D modeler, and UV editor.
I would work with director Alex King to organzie and maintain our project for ANI 41.
I had to maintain schedules, organize our timeline, and commuicate with our team of 46 people
As lead producer I would keep track and maintain our workflow throughout the semester. We would pitch to our professor make sure deadlines were met. Our group started out with 26, then we ended up adding the morning section leading to over 46 people having to be managed
